We were looking for an actor who could play the role of Melanie the mysterious operator with whom the main lead fall in love with her without even seen her at least once in his life time. As the main lead do not see Melanie our casting director decided to only hear the voice of a potential actor, we have heard at least 100 voices finally one day we heard Jessica Roseland, everyone in our team felt that the Jessica Rosseland is the mysterious operator .
